Sood was born in Kolkata, India. He belongs to a family of an army man and hence he completed his schooling from 7 different schools including Army public School, Dalhousie Public school & Naval Public School.
Then he finished his graduation in B.Com from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University He is a sports enthusiast since childhood. In fact, Sood is a former Indian basketball team player.
After his studies, he was supposed to serve in the Indian army but after Roadies X2, he Changed his path and jumped in the glamour industry.
