Tushar Singh is a very bright student from India. He came into the limelight when he received 100% marks in 12th Standard CBSE. Tushar became proud of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.

CBSE topper Tushar Singh was born in 2002 (age 18 years old as in 2020). He belongs to the middle-class family of Bulandshahr; a city of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Tushar Singh is a bright student of India. He was born and brought up into an average and caring family of Bulandshahar. Tushar did primary schooling locally from his hometown. He was very good in the study since childhood and has received 90+ marks in all the standards. For higher secondary, he selected a CBSE board and gave the exam of five subjects out of six. Tushar Singh became very popular when he received 100% marks in CBSE 12th board.

CBSE topper Tushar Singh was born into the well-educated and modern family of Kotwali, Bulandshahar of Uttar Pradesh, India. His father Dr OP Singh is a professor at NRC college and mother is a lecturer at Inter College. Not much known about his siblings or other family members.

Tushar Singh follows Hinduism and holds Indian citizenship. He spent most of his childhood with family in UP and is planning to move to Delhi for further study. His parents are very supportive and always gives guidance to him for an academic career.


Tushar Singh did primary schooling locally from his hometown. He was very bright in an academic study since childhood and used to get good marks in all the standard. Moreover, he also got 90+ marks in 10th standard.

Tushar did higher secondary education from Delhi Public School of Bulandshahar, UP. He received 100% marks in all the five subjects. It became a special moment for him as well as UP state.

In CBSE, it becomes mandatory to give the exam of five subjects and students have a choice for one extra subject. Among them, Tushar didn’t choose any additional subjects. He received full marks and doesn’t lose a single mark. His marks are:

English Core, History, Political Science, Geography and Physical Education.

Tushar plans for the honours in BA and has a dream to do the job as a civil servant. Along with college study, Tushar will prepare for the Civil Service Exams.

Facts of Tushar Singh

According to him, He has not followed any strict scheduled for exam and used to do study 4 to 8 hours in a day.

His parents are proud of him and became very happy with his son’s achievement. They want to see him as an IAS officer and will support him for a bright career.

Tushar also stated his view that full marks shouldn’t be given in English subject. He also added

I feel CBSE shouldn’t be awarding full marks in English or any of the language papers

According to CBSE regional officer Shweta Arora “No CBSE student has scored 100% marks in all their subjects in the past.”

He also used to appear on social media like Facebook and Instagram during the CBSE exam. In addition, according to Tushar, he also used to watch films during 12th standard.

Initially, Tushar thought that it was a typing error while he saw his marks online. He also stated that

“I refreshed the computer screen after seeing the result. I believed the marks only after somebody from the school informed me “

Along with Tushar, another student Divyanshi Jain also scored 100% marks in 12th CBSE. She is from Lucknow and has the plan to join Delhi University and to do research in History of India.
