Rashmi was born on 29 July into a Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She did her schooling and further education. She started her career as a professional actor through the web series. In 2017, She first time appeared in web series titled, ‘Dev DD’ in which she played a role of Chandni. Rashmi’s that web series Dev DD was produced by Ekta Kapoor’s television production ALT Balaji.
She received many offers to appear in popular brands advertisements after she appeared in Dev DD. Rashmi Agdekar endorsed popular including ‘Cadbury Dairy Milk’, ‘Goibibo’, and ‘Suzuki’, ‘Titan Plus’.
In 2018, Rashmi also appeared in electronic dance ‘Tu Bas Naach’ along with many popular actors of TVF including Maanvi Gagroo, Nidhi Singh, Ahsaas Channa.
